Upon nomination by the General Manager of the company, on February 6, 2018, the 9th meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors of the company discussed and approved the following appointment and removal decisions for Comrade Huang Wei and others:
1、 Appoint Comrade Huang Wei as the Executive Vice General Manager of the company;
2、 Appoint Comrade Chen Ao as the Deputy General Manager of the company;
3、 Appoint Comrade Zou Xiangyang as the Deputy General Manager of the company;
The above appointment and dismissal decision shall take effect from February 7, 2018.
